By road

From the M1, turn off at junction 24 and take the A453 towards Nottingham. The cooling towers of Ratcliffe Power Station are clearly visible ahead. After approximately 2 miles, turn into the power station (signposted to the left) and follow the signs to Empower on the southern edge of the site.

From Nottingham, take the A453 south out of the city towards the M1. Pass the main entrance to Ratcliffe Power Station on the right, then take the slip road on the left (signposted to Ratcliffe and Kingston) and immediately turn left again to follow the road down and under the A453. Pass the Power Technology Centre on your left, then take the next left into Empower.

By rail

There are regular services to Nottingham from London St Pancras and other mainline stations. Empower is approximately 15 minutes from the station by taxi.

Also within easy reach are Derby and Loughborough stations.

By air

East Midlands airport is approximately four miles from Empower via the A42. The airport serves a number of major domestic and international airlines, providing a convenient link for visitors from other parts of the UK and Europe.
