Tutor Marked Assignments (TMA)
At the end of each day training session, the Instructor will issue the course candidates with an assignment. This assignment will be completed by the candidate and delivered to the Plant Manager.
The Plant Manager will forward the completed assignments, enbloc to the Instructor for marking, prior to the next scheduled training day.
The Instructor will return the assignments to the candidates at the next scheduled training day.
An assessment sheet showing the marks awarded for assignments will be forwarded to the plant manager together with certificates of training attendance for each candidate, on completion of the training programme.
