Are you looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking growing company? Would you like to pass on your technical skills and experience to learners?
If so, the following two vacancies within the Learning and Skills Department will give you the opportunity to deliver technical training to the engineering population from young learners to graduate engineers. You will also deliver adult courses. A training qualification would be desirable however, training will be provided. You will have industry time served experience with a minimum qualification of an approved Electrical Apprenticeship.
Electrical Engineering and Process Trainer
With a wide range of electrical knowledge including Safe Operation of HV and LV equipment and AC and DC motors you will create lesson plans and knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) would be an advantage.
Low Voltage Electrical Trainer - Panel Wiring
You will possess a wide range of electrical knowledge including C&G 2330/2360, 2382, and 2391 courses. You will create lesson plans and knowledge of the 17th edition BS7671 2008 would be advantageous, however training would be provided. A proven record of Panel Wiring installation and manufacturing essential.
The following vacancy has arisen in the Learning and Skills Department:
Skills and Development Co-ordinator / NVQ Assessor
You will have a recognised apprenticeship in the electrotechnical field preferably with experience in panel building. You will possess either D32/33 or A1 assessor qualification or be willing to work towards. D34 or V1 verification qualification is desirable. You will be responsible for monitoring electrical panel building apprentice learners and reporting on their progress.
